I went by the gift certificate, it was just super well chosen, and the performance by master Narine was amazing!! I'm just thrilled! The atmosphere itself, everything is clear about hygiene chips! I visited Irina's master, a very fragile-looking girl) the massage was wonderful, just for those who like to "toughen up", a new person came out of there)) The hostess Nina, a fairy, found out that I was from Russia and got emotional, gave me a present. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible service. I was assigned to a specific specialist, Nikita, and when I arrived, they confronted me with the fact that there would be no master and sent me to a completely different person, without even warning me in advance. They told me that if I didn't agree, I could leave. And I would have left, but I came with my pregnant wife and didn't want to leave her. I spent my time, arrived, and was informed of the changes only on the spot. Most of all, I was outraged by the attitude of the staff: "So what if another specialist? If you don't want to, you don't have to do it." I have not seen such arrogance and disrespect for a client for a long time. No apologies, no desire to resolve the situation properly. They offered me a 50% discount on the next visit, but why would I need a “next visit” if trust has already been lost? If they really regretted what happened, they would have made this discount right away and shown that they appreciate the time and comfort of the client. A very unpleasant experience. I'll never come again, and I don't recommend it to anyone!
