The service level is excellent! Today was Saturday and the service was open until 6 p.m. I wrote to the service at about 3 days and asked if they could change my battery. I have an iPhone 14 pro and the original battery was worn out (1,500 cycles, 76 percent health). I did not expect to be accepted on the same day and expected to arrive on Monday, as a high-quality battery replacement usually takes 3-4 hours. However, I was told to come, and I was there at about 4 p.m. and they gave me the phone at 7 a.m. I think it's very cool. Thank you for staying late and making my order. I liked the polite and respectful attitude. I liked that not only the battery was changed, but also the moisture protection was restored, plus the microphone and speakers were cleaned. As for the battery itself, it's a good, genuine service one, it works well, I've attached screenshots. They gave a 1-year warranty. If the battery degrades below 80 percent of its health during this year or discharges inadequately quickly, it will be replaced free of charge under warranty. Verdict: I liked the service, I recommend it.
