A space for networking, learning, etc. There is a wardrobe area (if you are not the first to arrive, then there are difficulties to attach your outerwear, you need to jump up or ask someone higher to hang clothes), a toilet area, a meal area. The main area is equipped with a projector, microphone, and chairs. It's cool enough in winter, so dress warmer if you plan to sit.

The space itself is good, but there is no parking, and if you accidentally drive under the barrier for 5 minutes, an inadequate guard will not let you out! Or no one answers at all when you ring the button... there's not even room to drop a person off there, but showing off and forcibly not letting them out of the parking lot is some kind of hospital.. talk to the barrier security, he's overdoing it!

However, there is one thing that is dear to me about this venue - it was my first time speaking publicly here. 🤓 I am always surprised by how this space can adapt to different event formats: often the only thing that allows you to recognize the "Concrete" is the unique ceiling. 😉
