Amazing hotel, excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday in Yerevan, and our choice fell on this hotel. Wonderful location. We had a rest with my husband from 25.07 to 31.07. The room was very cozy, spacious, and I was also pleased with the high-quality room cleaning. We took the rate with breakfast, the choice of food is good, everything is very tasty. The receptionists congratulated the girls on their birthday, brought a piece of cake to the room and handed them a discount coupon for a massage. Special thanks for the attention and warm attitude towards the guest! There is a large swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, there are quite a lot of people, but it is very comfortable to swim and relax, no one interfered. There are a lot of advantages, but I did not identify any disadvantages for myself. It was very sad to leave, we will definitely come back! See you soon!♥️

I liked the hotel, the good location, the newly renovated rooms and public areas, very pleasant and varied breakfasts, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent. The rooms are small in size, but the bathroom is large enough, everything is new, clean and serviceable. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy, as the windows overlook a busy roadway. There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna in the gym. We haven't used it, but they look good on the outside. One of the disadvantages is the window opening system in the room, it seemed to me that this is not safe for families with children.

Accept MIR cards The only thing I didn't like was the cramped and slightly tired room. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom. View from the window into the wall of the neighboring building. There was no sound insulation, but we were lucky that the rest of the guests were responsible about it, it wasn't noisy at night.

Excellent friendly staff, always ready to help with any question. Regular high-quality room cleaning. There is always a pleasant scent of cleanliness on the floors. Excellent quality breakfasts for every taste, even at the end of the morning there is always a choice and availability of dishes. There is a small gym with exercise equipment (we used it, everything is OK), an outdoor swimming pool (we were earlier in the season, so we didn't use it, but we saw how it was prepared. Daily cleaning of the area, sun beds and the pool itself, even though it has not yet been used by guests due to the cool weather). The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking, but it is the very center of the capital, and this must be taken into account. We had a room in the courtyard and it was quiet, the noise from the street did not reach us. We really enjoyed it, thanks for the hotel staff!

I have been visiting Yerevan regularly for work for 8 years now, this is the best place (although maybe I'm just used to it :), but this is not for sure). You are always welcome and ready to provide good service, the breakfast is wonderful and varied, you can order free food from eggs separately. The rooms are ordinary, but there is everything for a comfortable stay, slippers, bathrobes, toilet accessories. Free water is always available and the mini bar is always filled inside, everything is for the money, the choice is good, the price tag is reasonable. The Internet is fast, there is room service, the food on the menu at the hotel is very tasty! And, most importantly, in the warm season, there is an outdoor swimming pool, it refreshes perfectly after a day at work, there is a massage and a gym! The room has a nice bed, a place to work, a TV, a kettle + tea, coffee, sugar, cream - it's free! I recommend it! If you are with children, then one room will be too small, it is better to take two rooms or take a large room, they have several! The location is perfect, it's a quiet center, 5-10 minutes walk to the whole movement!

An excellent hotel, the location relative to the center is excellent, there are many parks nearby, and a stunning fountain complex. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, the girls at the reception are wonderful - they will help in any, even non-standard situation. I really liked the courtyard with the swimming pool - it's clean, cozy, and there are greenery that organically complement the picture. Room service is daily. I liked the breakfast in the restaurant, the variety of dishes, especially fruits, dried fruits and pastries! In short, it is a great choice for relaxing and exploring the hospitable Yerevan.

Great hotel. The rooms are not very large but cozy and clean. They are cleaned efficiently every day. The staff is super polite, always ready to help. Great hotel!! It is located in the center of Yerevan, opposite the park. Republic Square is just a 3-minute walk away. Swimming pool, spa, fitness room. The buffet breakfast is varied and very tasty. It's a great place! The staff wants to put not 5⭐️, but all 10! Smiling, friendly, with a sincere desire to help. All the requests we made were resolved with lightning speed)) They will help you organize a tour of Yerevan, call a taxi, find a SPA to your liking, and even help with airport tickets, in general, any requests. The hotel itself holds the brand well: very nice, modern, clean. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are simply amazing: I have never seen such abundance in any hotel, so that you can find something to eat for every taste. Even if you're on PP, you'll still find the right food. I'll add a few photos to the review, but without the hot one. Here, in addition to what will be in the photo, they always gave milk porridge, a couple of omelets, boiled eggs, porridge, sausages, vegetables. The only thing we lacked was a proper SPA. A Finnish-style sauna is located in the gym's changing rooms, and they are separate accordingly. If you travel as a couple, you won't be able to spend time there together. I would really like to have a shared sauna instead of a gym, and preferably a hammam and a Jacuzzi. But this is purely our opinion. In the mid-season, this was simply not enough for complete happiness, and in summer, vacationers will be compensated for the lack of a SPA by a large beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel. The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous: close to parks, a 1-minute walk to a bank where you can change money, many good restaurants within walking distance from 3 to 15 minutes walk. The nearest shops can be reached in 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. The market is a 20-minute walk away, where you should definitely go to buy local delicacies.

We tried to resolve issues, responded quickly to requests, and listened to comments. - a good breakfast, although I didn't have enough variety in porridge (there was oatmeal every day) and egg dishes (there was only omelette and boiled eggs) Minuses: — the room stock is very old, literally everything that is possible fell off in our room: an outlet, a seal in the shower, a toilet paper holder ... the repair is also not very fresh — very small standard rooms, we came across one with a small window. In general, it's normal, but it's more like a three—star hotel room. "the coffee at breakfast is disgusting." many people wrote about this, but it's really unclear why the hotel hasn't changed the coffee machine yet. We ordered paid coffee from the bar every breakfast (~1800 AMD) Conclusion: the hotel itself is normal, it benefits greatly due to the gorgeous pool and excellent location in the center. Otherwise, I would give it 3 stars.

I read the reviews and don't understand what kind of widespread delight. The room is small, you can't turn around. The windows are closed, as if they were open - the noise from the street, as if you were standing on the sidewalk and blowing, the light in the room is just terrible, no comfort. Pillows are cheap and hard. They said the pool was open until 21, and it was closed at 18. We've been planning the whole evening for this. We asked the staff a question about this, and they received an answer almost with laughter, like it's okay. In general, I put three for the location. And so it's closer to 2. Continuation. 2nd day. The iron was brought the second time in the morning (we waited an hour) On the third try, we made sure that the room was put in order… We got into the pool. They promised that they were warming up, nothing like that - absolutely cold. I bought a coke at the bar, they brought me a bottle)) I asked for a glass, and they gave me a plastic one In general, they write reviews for themselves, there is nothing to praise at all. And all this for $200 per night for a standard room.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is excellent, everything is just around the corner. Supermarkets,markets are within a 15-minute walk. Yerevan Tavern is 5 minutes away. There is a gorgeous square under the windows with a lot of fountains, which are beautifully illuminated in the evening. Room cleaning daily. The room has a TV, a bar. The bed is large, comfortable, with 4 pillows. The linen and towels are good. The reception staff is very friendly, I would say caring. Everyone knows Russian. The breakfasts are delicious, but the menu is too stable. The room has air conditioning, and after the hot streets you feel like you're in paradise. Very good location of the hotel. We were in October from 15 to 18. The staff is very friendly. I booked a room without prepayment, through the booking service. The breakfasts were very decent, we had dinner once, as a compliment - the wine was free. We took a room with a balcony. A great opportunity to admire the city! The rooms need updating, everything is very old fashioned. There is a small square with fountains nearby, which are illuminated in the evening. The water in the pool was cold, just sunbathing.

Good room facilities: comfortable beds, good linens; tea station, refrigerator with mini-bar 4. Breakfast is quite decent; 5.Good sauna and gym; 6.There is a swimming pool, it looks very decent; but I couldn't use it; I liked the massage (this is for an additional fee)
