Bergamo is a great place to discover that you’re now in a nice place but disappointed on every little touch during your dinner… the atmosphere is nice a cozy to some extent, yet, the dishes are far from flexible - the burger came uncooked! Had to go wash my mouth, *the fillet minion was good,the wine was good and the Greek salad as well. the communication with the staff is really bad (even in Russian (their native language)) it seems as if you say 1 and they hear 11. The staff didn’t bother asking about our complaints offer any solution or compensation at all (not a single word) An example, the most simplest of pasta dishes is the Aglio Olio 🍝yet they still managed to get it wrong- apparently (even though several requests for a spicy dish were made and answered with ‘of course’) The dish came dull and without any peppers to begin with, and then came a non spicy oil next to it (supposedly spicy oil) Some other dishes that were shown on their instagram that actually made us come back here after over a year of skipping the restaurant… but guess what? The dishes aren’t available… a simple adjustment to their potatoes dish was answered with a hassle and no proper explanation for why it can’t happen… anyhow, better not to get your hopes up next time you’re arriving to Bergamo 👍🏼 (FYI, I used to love the place, and I hope it’ll someday change things up) Dinner for two with 2 glasses of wine ended up at 150$ came in hungry and positive left hungry and negative, way to go👍🏼 *** at the very end- they came with a box of chocolates as a compensation. ——————————- I couldn’t find a way to reply here to you (the restaurant(Bergamo)) I don’t know what kind of reply is that, I did not mention anything about any pork- that’s just showing me that you did not pay attention to my review and rather decided to hear only your staff’s half a version since there was probably some lack of understanding of the issue (which I already stated in the original review)… the burger was strictly alive in the inside (not cooked) (with no comment or question about its level of cooking beforehand….) your staff clearly does not communicate, I did not ask for chanterelles I was asking for some potatoes with mushrooms and onion if you’d like to get to the bottom of this, all communication were both in English and Russian which apparently wasn’t clear enough otherwise we would have avoided at least some of the misunderstandings of last night, as for your pasta, excuse me- if the waiter agreed not once but at least twice that it will be extremely spicy and when asked about putting anything on the side he then got answered with -‘ no, please cook the pasta with lots of peppers’ now I understand this might sound small or irrelevant but to have the dishes made not in the right way after going back and forth with the staff about it repeatedly, and after that not giving any solution even after that was mentioned kindly then that’s just strictly ignoring your clients. I am again very sorry about the fact that once a great restaurant had become so ignorant instead of coming forward and perhaps have the staff members in better coordination with the kitchen and the clients you’re choosing to make it seems like it’s all just a little miscommunication. Anyhow, I wish you and your staff a great weekend, and hopefully Bergamo will be great again sometime soon.

The food is great, the Italian motif is definitely there. The cost of dishes from Italy too). But when you come here, you must immediately tune in to the pacification and corruptibility of money, because the atmosphere here! I don't understand what kind of restaurant of this level can afford to seat guests on the aisle, where it blows very strongly from the front door. They put a table just to put it, it's obvious that it shouldn't be there. We booked a table on Saturday, today is Tuesday. The main hall itself is large and unremarkable in the interior. There was not enough music for comfort and mood. She was playing somewhere in the opposite corner, but very quietly. The waiter was disappointed, he worked without a soul, no smile, no way to ask how you liked it. The prices are too high for this level of food and service. I won't go a second time!

A completely unobvious place for tourists. It is located kind of in the center but away from all tourist flows. Everything is local and the quality of the food here is simply great. A truly Italian restaurant with a good selection of dishes and wines. If you want to please your soulmate with really high-quality food, then it's better to go here.

I am very skeptical about Minsk catering, especially considering the experience of living in this city for six months, being a regular and recognizable customer in a number of establishments, through his subsequent monthly business visits, but somehow this place passed me by. Now is the time to correct mistakes. Amazing cuisine, excellent service, a very nice atmosphere - these are all things that I am sure will make your worst evening in a Bowl pleasant, fill it with those memories after which you will want to return to this city again, regardless of additional circumstances. The only disadvantage of the atmospheric hall is the brightly lit refrigerator with wine in its center. To avoid irritation, I recommend sitting with your back to him. Cuisine: my hit here is Sakhalin scallop with foie gras. I took it twice. Grilled fish is great: it is juicy and tender. Thanks to Arina, who "discovered" the sea bass carcass to me, I had no problems with bones: only a couple of three for its entire weight. I rarely write laudatory opuses for catering, but here is exactly the exception that confirms the rule: rarely, but aptly. Conclusion- it is mandatory to visit. Thanks to the staff. P.S. And what a bombastic limoncello they offer "on the move of the foot" - wow!) P.P.S. At 21:30 everything was gone. I'm sitting alone..)
