We love this store very much, we order via Volt. I have a complaint about the weight of the cakes. A few months ago, I already wrote in the TG chat that instead of the stated 150 grams, 105 are arriving. Today I ordered a honey cake, 120 grams arrived (150 is indicated on the package). Well, it's like a 20% shortfall. And the packaging allows you to put a piece more into it.

The main reason for the low rating is not related to the assortment, but to the atmosphere in the trading floor. I had to replace an employee named Alexander several times. Each time, it seemed that the person was behaving too noisily to work with customers: communicating loudly, laughing all over the store, creating a sense of fuss and chaos, and causing complete confusion... The music was playing at a very high volume, and some tracks contain obscene language. It's a pity to lower the rating, because the store itself and the quality of the products are satisfied. I would like the management to pay attention to the organization of staff work and the overall level of service. This would significantly improve the experience of the visit.
