Very nice place! The staff is very attentive, they speak excellent Russian, and their eyesight was checked very carefully, including astigmatism. Glasses are made right on the spot, in front of you. They cost me much less than I expected. I was walking home already wearing new glasses that fit perfectly! I managed to return from vacation, I've been using glasses for a long time, and I can't stop being happy that I can see everything well. I don't know what else to ask anymore. I advise everyone to go here if you will be in Tbilisi!

I stopped by Benissimo when I urgently needed lenses, and, to be honest, they helped me out a lot. The choice may not be the biggest, but the staff is very well-oriented, and the atmosphere inside is so calm, without fuss. We were very satisfied with the purchase, we picked up the frame, the chameleon lenses were made in an hour, you don't have to wait a few days, your eyesight was checked immediately, for free, as a gift a case for glasses, the final cost was pleasantly surprised, really cheap. They checked their eyesight and made lenses. But! It seems to me that their vision testing machine is not working very well. When the right eye was checked, it seemed to me that the focus on the object was not as clear as usual. When they made my lenses, I put on my glasses, my head was spinning. I was told that this is normal and it is because my past points were not correct and that should pass over time. It has not passed, when you wear it for more than 10 minutes, your head starts to hurt. In general, I advise you to trust your feelings more than other people's words if you go there. I give 4 stars, not less, because the staff was very friendly

They constantly put pressure on you, talk arrogantly, make it clear that you don't understand anything and that you need to trust their expertise. Spoiler alert: trust is not necessary, especially when such manipulative tactics of communication with the client are used. 2. No one, including the master, knew what the Abbe number was. They began to convince me that I was making it up, that there was no such material as 1.5. The master clearly did not understand the word CR-39. At the same time, there was a lot of pressure on me that I was inventing some materials and that I needed thin lenses, why would I need an Abbe number. 3. The DPP was measured incorrectly. The ophthalmologist in another optician said 70, then they said 68. 4. I wanted to change the lenses in the frame, asked to put them back in because I didn't want to do it here. I put on my glasses, the lenses are very dirty, I think they returned my lenses dirty or something. And then I realize that someone else's lenses have been inserted. Just so that you understand the level of professionalism. And no one even apologized. The master says to someone, "let him go look in other places" in front of me, that is, they allow me to discuss the client in front of him. That is, it is both unprofessional and very rude.
