I recently visited Beltelecom in Orsha. I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the work of the man who stands in the information center and shows the product to customers. A rare boor. This was my first time here, all the staff were busy with clients, and I asked him how to find the administrator. And instead of answering - the door is on the right, he began to wail - why is everyone coming to him, tired of you, you're blind, you can't see anything! I think such an employee should not work in the service sector. All the other female employees are the nicest people, thank you to them, they are very polite and smiling.

I got a call on my mobile phone. They forced me to change the tariff plan, from CLEAR 100 to CLEAR 200. As a result, the Wi-Fi connection to the robot vacuum cleaner station was lost, the mobile application does not work!!! The Internet has become terrible, being at home, I work on the Internet not via Wi-Fi, as before, but via the mobile Internet!!! As a result, I got through to 123, they told me to come change the modem!!! Not only is this my personal time, but it has caused a lot of inconvenience!!! They impose paid channels, which are free at first, then become paid. The Internet is weak, 3-4 of the many channels are watchable. And the price of the tariff plans is too high! They take advantage of the fact that they are monopolists, so they inflate prices. Not a pleasant impression of this organization

The service wants the best, you come to the office, there are no people at all,you take a ticket and sit for 20 minutes, and no one calls you until you come, then you explain the reason for coming, and they call the hotline and do nothing, if possible, I do not recommend visiting them!!!
