I had some nice Agnolotti (I’m Italian, but don’t come from Piemonte where agnolotti are typical, I still had a few in Italy and these one could absolutely compete), although I made the mistake of ordering water without looking at the menu, I was brought a San Pellegrino that was 3300 tenge (nearly the price of the Agnolotti), other than that, I had a great experience, although service was a bit slow

I was at the opening - the service was not the fastest, but tolerable. But after a while everything went wrong. Yesterday I was on the second floor, the wait for the waiter to take the order is 30 minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine, pizza, snacks, and hot food. The pizza was taken out very first. No wine or drinks. The waitress girl went to buy wine for another 10 minutes. The icing on the cake is that when she brought it, she couldn't open the bottle. Because I didn't know how to use a corkscrew!!!!!!!! Dear Tanuki Family employer, well, it's impossible to hire teenagers who don't understand what a corkscrew is, a wine stopper, or how to open a bottle of wine. We live in 2026, and such things should be in people's minds at some basic educational level.…
