I am writing a review specifically for the bank, not for one branch.I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and have been using the "pay" application from Belinvestbank for several years. Recently, I needed to use these applications again, I uploaded a considerable amount of money there, I go in the next day and see that the application does not allow me to enter because I am not a resident of the Republic of Belarus ... so your application should not have accepted my money. In general, I had to make a power of attorney in the Russian Federation at random (because when I asked the bank to send an EXAMPLE of a power of attorney that they would accept, the bank replied that it was confidential, let me remind you that I just asked for a template), send it to a friend in Belarus so that they would close my account and refund the money. It's also funny that I couldn't specify the account number to close it, because the bank wouldn't give me the information and said I had to come in person. In general, it's a complete mess and I don't advise you to contact this bank!

well, I don't know what the problem is, maybe people had difficult questions, but my husband and I waited in line for 20 minutes, although there were only 2 people in front of us. we managed it quickly, the staff is pleasant. however, there was little space at the savings bank, the eternal jostling at the door was constantly forced to retreat back and forth

A good branch, even at lunch you can safely and without queues pay for something or change currency. The only inconvenience is the operating room on the 2nd floor)

An electronic queue and a polite employee. There are few visitors on Saturday, everything is fast and clear.

I am very satisfied with the service! I was here on October 15th. Unfortunately, I did not remember the data. I haven't seen such a polite attitude towards customers for a long time. Thanks!

Problems with the application the site does not open.the site opens from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and if the site is blocked from the territory of the Russian Federation and you cannot log in to the application.your answer is that those works are underway that are unknown when they will end, and it is unknown by whom they were initiated, IT's RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE!!!
