I wanted to buy precious metals. They said on the phone that only in this bank you can buy a certain type. They said the ticket office is open until 19:00. I specifically left during rush hour after work to arrive between 18:00-18:30. I drove for an hour from the other end of Minsk. I arrived and a certain ticket office is not working, they said that on Friday until 17:00 this ticket office is open. And they added that you are not the first one who came in vain... no longer set foot in this bank and this network of banks..... I do not recommend it!!!

I've never been able to reach anyone, half of the numbers are blocked, and the rest are not responding. The connection with the contact center is zero!
