Today I wanted to change $100, but they found a yellow spot on the bill and said they couldn't accept it. I asked to see this list, and they didn't show it to me. They showed me a yellow paper with the text highlighted (with a text separator), and in my hands that I couldn't even physically see what was written there. The second bill was exchanged, and I was given Belarusian money, torn up. I asked for a change, but there was no problem, they changed it right away. They give the torn ones themselves, and then they don't accept them.
