First, I came to the bank, and then I read the reviews. It took about an hour for 5 people in the queue, for some reason the ticket offices were open for 4, but two were serviced, for a very very long time, I do not advise you to go here if you need to do something quickly and leave, I was late for a meeting because of such service!!! At first they wrote the hour of the time, but I got excited, I thought they were going to call me because I was next, but it's already been twenty hours and there's no movement 😂😂😂

The waiting time is very long, and the problem is clearly visible. They will put 10 windows each, and one of them works... What the rest are for is not clear... The queue is assembled for one window as a special purpose... If you want to make an operation quickly, choose another bank!! I do not recommend this one (by the way, I have encountered this more than once)
