We stayed at the hotel this summer with a family of 3 people. The suite room. The only thing from the suite is the name, the dishes are dirty, the cups in the bathroom are dirty, there's dust everywhere, they barely asked for a normal-sized blanket under the duvet cover (it wasn't tucked in). There are only two pairs of slippers, and they told me to pay extra for the third one, even though they paid for three people. The day before, we stayed in a hotel in Grodno of the same class and there is something to compare it with. They answered all our complaints, what do we want from 2 stars?The only thing is, the staff at the hotel cafe was pleasantly surprised. We will not stay in this hotel anymore.

The view from the window is very beautiful on the square with fountains But! It's very noisy with the window open, very stuffy with the window closed. There is no air conditioner The refrigerator in the room is super! But it makes a lot of noise (it didn't bother me, but those who like silence won't be comfortable) There were a lot of dead flies... one was barely alive, all the time trying to fly up and spinning on the table The bathroom is a silent horror... the smell of water is such that it's not like washing, you don't want to wash your hands. There is a disposable soap and shampoo The room is small, clean, the bed is normal, towels and bed linen are clean There is an old TV There is no kettle or hair dryer Parking is free right under the windows Wi-Fi is weak (on the 5th floor) and occasionally disappears A huge plus is the location. There is a beautiful park, shops and cafes nearby. Thank you so much to the girl at the reception for putting her away from the music. She is very pleasant and friendly. Please note that the hotel has a casino and a club! This place is not for lovers of silence Especially on weekends

Friendly staff, the hotel is located in the administrative center next to the park. Free internet only on the 1st floor, 1 kettle per floor, breakfast in a cafe 7 minutes walk away. The blankets are in the closet, and the guests themselves are offered to put a blanket in the duvet cover. There is a refrigerator and a TV, soap and disposable shampoo.
