It's a great bank, but it doesn't have a very good work schedule. The staff is very polite. I came with the problem of blocking the card, they quickly helped me and explained what was what. I noticed that the staff also helped the grandmothers near the ATM, and generally communicated politely with the visitors.

The bank must be open until at least 19.00!People can't do what they need to do! Do I need to leave my job? Then you have to work until at least 5 p.m. on Saturday... We need to review the work schedule so that clients can do what they need to do.

The work schedule leaves much to be desired! Until 5.30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are days off. It's a queue to order a card! There's a queue to pick up the card again! It's not clear what's going on behind the closed door or how many people are working there!My working day is from 9 to 18, the card can only be ordered at this branch. The only option is to stop by at lunch (I have from 13 to 14 at the bank ends at 13.15), but I never managed to stand in line during lunch and get my questions at this bank! I don't even want to talk about the fact that there is only one cash register ((( Unfortunately, due to the work of the organization, I have to be a client of this bank 😠
