This is some kind of nightmare. To pay the state fee for making a passport, I waited for more than an hour. And the queue did not decrease all the time, but on the contrary grew. It is not clear what the employees are doing. Of the 7 or 8 windows, only 3 worked in turn. The others were probably taking smoke breaks. Disregard for customers. I will never contact this bank again. And I don't recommend it to anyone. Saving nerves and time!
