We visited this hotel at the end of June 2026. Due to the postponement of the flight, I had to ask for an early check-in. All our wishes were fulfilled. A Russian-speaking young man met us and helped us carry heavy suitcases. The following days, a guy and a girl who didn't speak Russian worked. The room is on the 5th floor, two-room, with a balcony. The room itself is modest, with an old renovation. A set of bedding, like my grandmother's in the village-everything that was there was taken out and refilled. There was no kettle in our room. One closet without shelves, I had to pull out extra blankets and pillows to place my things somehow, because we stayed for 6 nights. The bathroom is nice and clean. Water was replenished in the room every day. An unpleasant surprise was the TV not working. The maid and the mistress of the kitchen are wonderful, sincere women. The hotel is located in the very center. Mtatsminda, Freedom Square and other attractions can be reached on foot, but keep in mind that Tbilisi is a constant descent and ascent if you are not physically strong.preparation or foot problems, it will be very difficult. From the bus stop to the hotel, walk 300 meters uphill, and quite steep. Now about the bad news: next to the hotel there is an Italian restaurant and some kind of bar, right in the next building. The balcony of our room overlooked their terraces. I do not know if there is any law on silence in Tbilisi, but if there is, then in this area they put it on ..... of the 4 nights that we spent in this hotel (the other 2 were in another city), we managed to sleep only one. In the restaurant, noisy companies were shouting until 12 at night, and in the bar, which had a terrace directly in front of our windows, the parties with a DJ, drunken youth and shouting really lasted until the morning. We had an early flight, and we didn't sleep a minute before it. I don't understand how the locals from the neighboring houses tolerate this. No one called the police, apparently this is a normal practice in the area. Last year we lived in the Avlabari area, and there was no such lawlessness, or maybe we were just lucky. To summarize: if you are traveling out of season and need a bed-and-breakfast hotel in the center for a couple of nights, then you can as an option for a good price. But if you want to relax after a busy day, then you are not here. It's better to pay extra and sleep well so that you can explore such a beautiful city again the next day.

We stayed at this hotel on the 20th of June. I liked the hotel. The location is very convenient, close to Rustaveli Avenue and the Opera House. The service is at a good level. The room was cleaned every day, and two bottles of water were also provided. The room has everything you need. The only problem is the lack of a curtain in the bathroom, the water is all on the floor. The hotel has very decent breakfasts. Everything is fresh and delicious. I really liked the mulberry and quince jam. The woman who prepares breakfast is very friendly, at your request she can make a wonderful omelet and make you coffee. The reception staff is young, and most of them speak Russian. The hotel staff are all customer-oriented. The hotel is atmospheric inside, everything is very cozy. And if you have a late flight, then after vacating your room, you can leave your belongings in the office and go for a walk around beautiful Tbilisi. I recommend the hotel and thank the staff for their work.

Among the advantages of the hotel: Convenient location, value for money, delicious homemade breakfasts, very pleasant hotel staff, spacious rooms, great view from the balcony. There are several points that, in my opinion, should be improved.: 1) there were traces of dead insects on the walls of our room. 2) There is no curtain in the bathroom, all the water when taking a shower flies directly to the floor and onto the toilet...

A colorful old building, about 200 years old. Located at the foot of Mtatsminda Mountain. Very convenient location on Alexandra Chavchavadze street, 11. Between Shota Rustaveli Square and Freedom Square. Everything is within walking distance. A very beautiful colorful hotel in an old style. There is a cobblestone road outside, beautiful and original. The house has 6 floors in total, there is no elevator. All the rooms are different. There is. A relaxation area on the 2nd floor with a fireplace and upholstered furniture. A separate respect is the library on the 3rd floor. The books are mostly in Georgian, but there are also books in Russian. There are balconies on the upper floors, a large outdoor terrace on the 6th floor, and room 60 has a private exit to a terrace with stunning views of the entire city. There is a separate exit for everyone to the terrace. Antique furniture, room 60 has two single beds with orthopedic base and high-rigidity mattresses. There is a heater, if there is no heating, and an air conditioner. A small, very quiet refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room on the 6th floor, and it was not convenient to go down and up with hot tea if you wanted to drink tea in the room instead of in the dining area on the 1st floor. By the way, the breakfasts are from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., very tasty. Buckwheat porridge or rice with vegetables, mashed potatoes, always three types of sausage, boiled sausages, eggs, carrot or beet salad, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, lettuce leaves, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, sour cream, three types of jam, instant coffee and tea in the assortment, pastries such as cupcakes. You won't stay hungry! The very sweet hostess of the Dodo kitchen prepares a wonderful omelet for the guests, the smell of which wakes up everyone who did not even think about breakfast. The caring maid always offers to change towels and clean the room when meeting. The rooms have modern sanitary facilities, a shower cabin, and some rooms have bathtubs. Polite guys work at the reception. One guy only knows Georgian and English, but everyone understood each other anyway, the rest know three languages, including Russian. The guys help carry the suitcases to the room. In front of the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket Spar, such as a mini-pyaterochka. There is a bakery nearby, always fresh and varied pastries. There are many restaurants and currency exchanges in the area. I definitely recommend the hotel to visit! Better than all those luxury villages!

Well, honestly, there are a lot of questions about this institution. I booked through booking, gave the card number to guarantee the reservation. Upon departure, I paid for the accommodation, and after 2 hours the amount was written off again. The money was returned 2 days later, but at a different exchange rate (the card is in euros). And then 2 days later, in the middle of the night, they try to debit 2x 150 euros for payment in online games... Thank God the bank has blocked payments. Maybe not them, but it's a strange coincidence, and the card was given only to them. Keep in mind, and pay only in cash at this institution.

We rested for a week in March 2024. Excellent hotel, very clean, cozy, buffet breakfasts, lovely women in the cozy dining room brewed delicious Turkish coffee)) The location can't be better, it doesn't seem to be in the very center, but it's two steps away) there is a supermarket nearby, two vegetable shops nearby, a pharmacy just down the street). We went down and walked along Rustaveli) to the right - Freedom Square, the historical center, the Nartkala fortress, to the left Rustaveli metro station) the Khinkali House restaurant is nearby, everything is very tasty and the prices are reasonable

An amazing hotel! Authentic interior design: spiral staircases, antique furniture, spacious lofts on the floors, antique books, paintings, fittings, Singer. It is clear that the owner approached the creation of the concept with great warmth and supports it. Delicious breakfast: hot dishes and fresh pastries, homemade pancakes, dogwood and mulberry jam. The rooms themselves are very spacious, there is an exit to the terrace, with balconies. We lived with my mother on the weekend, we are very happy! Next to the Opera house, you need to buy tickets in advance! :)
