The day before, the receptionist called and asked if we could postpone the manicure for 40 minutes, I said that it was inconvenient for me. A strange situation: why wasn't they immediately notified that they had to wait 40 minutes. Customer orientation is 0, the worst approach. I signed up for a manicure in advance, I had to prepare for the event, the mood was ruined. Not a salon, but a diner. By the way, customers literally sit on top of each other very closely. They don't even deserve one star.

A nail was broken in the middle (to the meat), I signed up here because it was not easy to quickly find an empty window somewhere. I usually do my nails myself or go to a long-trusted master. But I had to upgrade quickly, I didn't have time to sit for several hours and do it myself. There were long nails, first they removed the old coating from all the nails, then they moved on to the broken nail. They carefully removed the coating, then the master took scissors to cut off half of the nail, but they cut it right through the meat... blood began to flow, panic began. Before that, I asked for scissors to cut off the broken nail myself, but no) they brought a bandage, dropped a hemostatic solution and bandaged it, took a picture and advised me what to do. The master came and said that I needed to go to the hospital with such a nail (there had been similar cases before and no one had gone anywhere, I even heard about it for the first time, okay) , They offered to paint 4 nails, and leave this one bandaged, I said that there was no point, because then walking with one unpainted a nail is nonsense. She asked me to make short nails and just put them in order, but I expected a better result from the type of manicure. Although inexpensive, I gave away 40 rubles, but still, time was spent, money too, no result. I got disappointed. Bottom line: I carefully cut off the nail myself, just steamed the skin a little to make it go away better. She'll grow back a little bit and I'll do my nails myself. There is no trust in the masters at all.
