We came for coffee. I liked. Of course, I would make carrot less sweet for my taste, but this is for my taste. As it is, everything is very good. Now I want to try the usual menu. And it's even interesting!!! Adding:waffles with beef stroganoff and bruschetta with beef are very tasty. The salmon is great. Wonderful kitchen. Cappuccino, as in the whole of Brest, is weak - but I'm fine. If you like it strong, it won't work for you. They make very beautiful coffee art. It wasn't noisy for us. We arrived on a weekday. The music is not playing loudly. It's very convenient to leave the child and stay here.) A pleasant and fresh place. I've been there 2 times, and I've always liked the service. The girls are friendly and unobtrusive. And everything is fast if there are few people in the cafe.

The combinations of flavors are unusual, everyone can choose something for themselves. It seems that everything is very simple, but you can also make incredibly delicious pizza out of simple things for that kind of money. It's not a mass market, it's tastier and cheaper. You won't regret it! The atmosphere is pleasant, dim lighting, neutral music, friendly staff, the order was delivered in 10 minutes, but there were not very many people in the hall. I really liked it.

It wasn't the first time my children and I visited this institution, and everything was fine before that (for example, Carbonara was always on the level). But this time, everything went wrong. What happened: - I ordered a dish with avocado — it turned out to be sour and obviously spoiled (the color is gray, the taste is unpleasant). I politely returned the dish to the kitchen, after which the receptionist approached me. - Instead of apologizing, the receptionist began to prove that "everything is fine," claiming that "this color is the norm" and "I tried the whole kitchen." But it's impossible not to recognize a spoiled product! - They offered to redo the dish without avocado (although I didn't even try this dish because of the unusable ingredient) or return the same portion. My mistake: I agreed to my own plate, and I doubted it for a reason. The dish had obviously been picked at by more than one person: the potato waffles were broken, as if they had been rummaged through. I am attaching a photo. What angered me the most: 1. Ignoring the problem. Spoiled avocado is not just a "dislike", but a health risk. 2. Dispute instead of solution. It was logical to suggest replacing the dish with another one or simply removing it from the receipt, rather than insisting that he was right. 3. Return of "touched" food. It's just disrespectful to the guest. Bottom line: The administrator did not want to solve the situation, but aggravated it. As a regular guest, I expected at least an apology and an adequate replacement, but instead I paid for what I couldn't eat. I won't come back, and I don't recommend it — if an institution doesn't appreciate customers, even long-time ones, why go there?

But today, 11/23/2024, I did not like the attitude of the staff, while the children were in the playroom, I wanted to make an order, sat down at an empty round table, but the waiter girl came up and said that the table was reserved, although there was no sign on the table, and also said that all the large tables were on reserve. And I needed a table for five people. As a result, the children were sent to Burger King, instead of eating normally. P. S. During our stay in the playroom for 3 hours, no one sat at this and the next table, but they put signs about the reserve. The impression of the cafe is ruined! I advise the management to teach the staff how to work with clients.
