A good entertainment center for children, lots of interesting things, growth and interest zones. You can celebrate a birthday, or just relax with your family. Adults have a place to wait, relax, and sit in a cafe. I wish the staff would be more attentive. I liked that it breathes well, because there are game rooms where there is simply nothing to breathe, but it is always comfortable to breathe and there is a lot of space.

There is one cafe and one coffee shop in the mall itself. I also strained the cafe with seats, I had to fight to eat. To be honest, it's dark. We came with a 2-year-old child and asked if it was possible to go to all zones, and not just for the baby, they allowed us (the price was 33 rubles) and added another 10 rubles for the second adult. For some reason, they paid 43, but did not investigate. When we arrived at the trampoline area, they started telling us at every step that we shouldn't be there. Although teenagers jump like crazy, there are no questions for them. When we arrived at another location, the children and I decided to climb into the maze, since at the age of 2 it is unlikely that anyone will send one child to a large maze at a height. We started climbing, we passed through part of the maze, the employee runs to us and shouts that adults are not allowed in there, only one child. Why wasn't it said about the payment that you can't go to half of the zones with a child? Constant nagging and prohibitions during the hour of stay. In addition to all this, the game is a complete mess, and instead of periodically tidying up, teenage employees are on the phone and doing absolutely nothing) moreover, they jump on trampolines themselves, instead of keeping order and maintaining it. ( in other gaming rooms , the staff is constantly cleaning up !!! As a result: they gave 43 rubles for staying in a complete mess, rude attitude and an incomprehensible scale of assessment of the cost of staying) in other gaming, either 2 parents for free or 2-5 rubles surcharge. But not 10. Don't set foot in this game center anymore.

The cafe looks decent .But the food is terribly not delicious. We had carbonara and lasagna, lemonade with lavender. For the first time, they put a dry lemon in the lemonade. Salad with shrimp (caesar)There were mostly leaves , 5 shrimps, and 4 pieces of over-dried bread .Lasagna isn't great either. For some reason, they sprinkled dry onions. It doesn't taste good either. The price does not match the quality.

There is a shop nearby where you can buy juices, water, candles on the ground floor, adults can sit in a cozy cafe or eat KFC. According to prices: you can pay for one zone, two, a complex or all. And jump all day long. I didn't have any comments. I envy the families who live nearby. Rather than sitting on the phones, it is better to go to this center 3 times a week

We want to warn other parents about our terrible visit to this playroom. We were completely shocked by the administration's attitude and the inflexibility of the rules. 1. Absurd and cruel age restrictions. We came with three children (3 and 4 years old). A 3—year-old child was allowed into the "Kid" zone, but two four-year-olds were not. The children, of course, got upset and cried, wanting to be with me and my younger brother and sister. Instead of accommodating, the administration was incredibly tough.: The administrator, Yulia, roughly pulled the children out of the Kid's area by their hands (after which her daughter's arm hurt), shouting that they should not go there. Instead of a dialogue, the second administrator started threatening to call the guardianship authorities if I left the children unattended (even though I, their mother, was right there!). The main question for the management: According to your rules, in the "Kid" — only up to 3 years old in diapers, in the maze — only from the age of 4. Where should a child of 3-4 years go? And do you really check the availability of diapers for all children who visit the kid zone? 2. Boorish and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Before closing, the children played with the construction kit and scattered it (which is absolutely normal for gameplay). Instead of a calm remark, the receptionist attacked them, shouting that they should not throw toys around because "she has to clean up later." Clarification for the staff: It is your direct responsibility to clean up toys after children. If you are not ready for this, do not work in the children's playroom. Bottom line: The visit was completely ruined. The children are scared and upset, and the parents are shocked by the rudeness and threats. They scared the kids and ruined everyone's evening. Conclusion: Shame on such management and such an attitude towards customers. I strongly advise against visiting this place with children. We strongly demand that disciplinary measures be taken against the administrators who worked that evening. Their actions: Rough physical impact on children (hand pulling). Boorish behavior and shouting at children. Unlawful threats against a parent. I will ask the management to give an answer. After reading the reviews, I realized that you are not willing to respond to negative reviews .
