We visited this store in July 2026. The children wanted to buy water pistols. The seller actively convinced us that they were of high quality and that this was what we needed. He promised to replace it if something goes wrong. We bought it. The next day, both pistols stopped working. We returned to the store, but the salesman said that we didn't know how to handle toys and that was why they were broken. When asked "why there were no instructions for the product" and "why the seller did not explain the rules of use before the sale," he replied that he was not obliged to explain anything, we ourselves must understand what can and cannot be done. When we asked him to change the product or refund the money, he said that he would only speak to us in Turkish, although when he sold, he spoke excellent Russian. He also refused to speak English with them, saying that he was in his own country and if tourists needed something, they should learn Turkish. He refused to change the goods, and then rudely told us to get out of his store. The seller is rude, ill-mannered and sells low-quality goods.
