It is very expensive, the choice is relatively small, the service is terrible - at the exit they searched the bag directly, demanded receipts for purchases from another store, although they did not have such goods in stock and no apologies, no good attitude, a completely collective farm attitude towards the customer

Expensive, lots of branded goods, few non-expensive non-brands. The choice of plumbing products is scarce. If we compare it with Leroy Merlin, then the store is full of slag in terms of assortment. But nevertheless, it's better here than in the hardware stores at home. You can cut the boards of chipboard, MDF, etc. immediately out of place. And in the section near the curtains, there is an older man who speaks Russian well and is ready to help.

There are always queues at the checkout. Additional cash registers are not opened. The staff in the hall is rude and does not want to help. But the refund was issued without question.

Although it is more expensive than those selling hardware stores and building materials on the market, it is preferred for me with its variety, comfortable environment, parking space and trouble-free return opportunity.

Product diversity is not enough. I don't know about the area they're in, but the staff is weird. Sir, ma'am, there is no master. You, my friend, there is a brother. Where are the staff of the Marmara forum, where are the friends here !
