The store is very so-so, but in a place where there is no alternative to buy food. That's why I often use yoghurts and cottage cheese for work. There is a cafeteria with a cute retro atmospheric interior. There's awesome ice cream on the table!!! Mango is a favorite 😋 A large selection of cakes, but the quality is very poor. The assortment of all kinds of fried sausage pies in the dough is repulsive by its very appearance. But this happens at every step in Grodno, which means there is a demand.

One disadvantage that repeats itself repeatedly is that for some reason there is a tension with napkins, they are in a stack at the coffee machine, and it is necessary to beg for a napkin with a portion of coffee or a pie to give the guest. On my last visit, the girl placed an obviously used napkin with a fingerprint of grease from her fingers, at my request. Dogs are not allowed (this is often the case in Grodno), but in general it is normal. By the way, there is a cafeteria. Notes to the cleaning staff - be more careful, do not kick carts with empty baskets at the feet of customers, do not wash the floor, dirtying shoes with a rag. I understand that there is not much space between the departments and the counters, but you can try.

I took coffee and some kind of coconut cake there. Not a very good cake. I would also like to note that this store has a free toilet, which is rare in Belarus. I understand that working in conditions of a constant flow of people is quite difficult and energy-consuming, but for clients it creates a negative atmosphere and leaves a feeling of discomfort. Today I came across another case of abuse. I went to the cash register, near which the cashier was standing and doing third-party things, a colleague named Galina was standing next to me. There were no signs about the closing of the ticket office. Galina, with the most displeased tone, shouted that the cash register was not working, and pointed her finger at the only working cash register in the presence of other visitors and her colleagues. After that, Galina and the cashier put up a sign saying that the cashier was not working. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the absence of any signs of a malfunction of the cash register. I ask you to conduct explanatory work with the staff of the cash department. Many customers also get tired after a working day and want to quietly purchase the necessary goods. The absence of the sign "The cash register is not working" should mean that the cash register is functioning. Please pay attention to the need for polite communication with customers.
