They cut it well. BUT there were very big problems with toning, lightening and coloring the hair. I came for the first time, in addition to the haircut, it was necessary to do the toning of the hair (they were already lightened before coming) in a lavender shade. As a result, he left with gray (!) hair! The situation was saved only by the fact that after a few days the whole shade of tears and hair became as they were (although the question is of course what I paid for anyway then. Not to mention what it was and why the result is different at all) The most "fun" happened the second time. I specially came to sign up personally at the salon itself to ask and tell about hair lightening (to find out for sure that everything will work out, that they have lighteners, etc.). They said that they would do everything without any problems and everything is there. As a result, I came, I got a haircut. They began to bleach, then decided to add tones anyway to remove possible yellowness. And they wanted to tone it in the white light. I asked if we could add a light purple shade to the tips (as in the photo I showed), they said yes, they would. As a result, the hair instead of white-purple or instead of white became golden / light / incomprehensibly bluish!!! Moreover, the blue one is separate from the top, as if my head touched the painted fence carelessly. It's not that there are other colors, there's a complete nightmare and a rainbow of terrible shades on the head, with which people absolutely cannot go out. The clarifier eventually also ran out and was enough for the first 2 times of the main ones! The pigment is not removed. Although when recording about the clarifier, I specifically asked so that there would be no such problems in the process. As a result: the brown shade was not removed after lightening (although it was discussed twice before making a decision on coloring), a completely different color, a complete discrepancy not only to what was being done, but also, in principle, at least some adequacy of the result. They offered to wait until they went to the store for a new clarifier to try to fix the situation. At the same time, they offered to drink coffee. And in the end, even the price of coffee was included in the bill!!! Are you serious? But at least they offered to fix everything on the next day, and this still needs to come 2 separate times. And this is minus many hours in total from life for each of these following parishes! In the photo, expectation and reality
