Guys, we got acquainted with this object in the middle of March 2025. The large church is located on Lai Street and is the hallmark of Tallinn. Unfortunately, it was closed even during the service. We recommend it! Although, of course, it's up to you to decide.…

You can't be in Tallinn and not go up to the observation deck of St. Olaf. You just need to choose a clear day. Although in a light fog, the walls and towers of the Old Town look gorgeous. Lift up intermittently, do not force it - otherwise you will not be able to move in the morning, the stairs are long and steep. But it's worth it.

Beauty at a height cannot be described in words, however, as well as climbing a spiral staircase. A very narrow staircase, working for descent and ascent, it is not very convenient to disperse! At the same time, if there is a fear of heights, then I strongly do not recommend it, since it will not pass))

The church looks great. The power of the building is felt. Easily recognizable by its tall spire.

The church is beautiful. It is under reconstruction. You can't get to the observation deck.

That's great! But you can visit the observation deck only from April.

In the early 70s, I visited Tallinn for the first time. I fell in love with him at first sight. I was a child, so the historical center of Tallinn seemed like a FABULOUS city to me! I still remember with trepidation the morning walks through the snow-covered streets of Vyshgorod. And the Oleviste Church fascinated me and remained a symbol of Tallinn for the rest of my life. I really love Estonia, Tallinn, and Tartu.

It's a shame that we couldn't climb the observation tower... But Tallinn is a very nice city!

The most important thing in climbing to the observation deck is the climb itself. The panorama can be viewed for free anyway. It's quite long and hard to walk up the spiral staircase, but I liked it.
