The space of the tea room is really pleasant and atmospheric — the comfort, the interior, the atmosphere are conducive to a leisurely rest and contemplation. But, unfortunately, the impression of the visit turned out to be spoiled due to the extremely unprofessional service. My husband and I came together. He comes here regularly, leaving quite large sums (about $200 at a time), but this was my first visit. No one met us, guided us, or told us anything about the space—although it was obvious that I was a new guest. The employee who was in the tea shop was busy talking to friends, and overall looked extremely lethargic and absent—minded, as if under the influence of some substances. The simple procedure of buying tea took about 25 minutes due to its slowness, although it usually takes much less time. When I wanted to sit at a low table with cushions, I was told to move because “the event will start in 7 minutes.” During our entire hour in the tea shop, it still hadn't started. Then the employee went outside to her friends and didn't come back until I went to call her myself. All this happened against the background of an absolute lack of involvement in the process and respect for the guests. The situation and the behavior of the staff gave me a panic attack. The experience was so uncomfortable and destabilizing. The afternoon was completely ruined. It's a pity, because the space itself is good, and the idea of a tea room is decent. But with such employees, this place definitely does not cause a desire to return — especially if we are talking about regular customers who bring an impressive income to the institution. I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service, because it is in blatant discrepancy with the prices and the atmosphere that this place is supposed to maintain.

A quiet cozy tea room with a good selection of high-quality teas. Good music, great staff. I really like to choose a cup of tea to my liking every time) The perfect place for quiet deep dates or relaxed get-togethers with friends. I recommend red gaba and mi lan xiang, red tea from Georgian raw materials is also impressive.

Today, my husband and I attended a "tea ceremony" at this "institution." The experience is TERRIBLE, disgusting, disgusting. The master was late, and then we waited for him to prepare. If you don't know how to organize meetings, why schedule them at all? From that moment on, it became clear that one should not expect professionalism. When the ceremony finally began, the situation only worsened. Some participants made vulgar, inappropriate and rude statements, and the strangest thing was that the master not only did not stop him, but seemed to be "on the same wavelength" himself. The atmosphere turned from a tea ceremony into a noisy and unpleasant GATHERING. After that, no stories about tea made sense anymore. I made a comment, but there was zero reaction in response. Apparently, rudeness and vulgarity are considered the norm here. We left the ceremony without waiting for the end of the whole circus. We still left 60 GEL "for charity", but the sediment remained extremely unpleasant. Besides, no one answers my messages and calls. If you are one of the people I wrote about above, then this is your company and you will be welcome there. If you are in doubt after this review, do not hesitate TO PASS BY.
