Level 4 Local Expert

The location is ideal, Apovyan St in Yerevan. Very clean, with a European flare, the sandwiches and food bowls are very tasty. However, I chose a rating of 3 simply because in a Christian country during the Lent, even thought they have vegetarian sandwiches, they had none available and what surprised me more is the attitude of the staff. I was very bold and advised the cashier, a good customer service is to answer the customer, ‘allow me a moment, let me see if we can prepare a veggie sandwich’, as opposed to your negative answer. Hence, two individuals argued as to who is to walk to the kitchen and ask. No answer after 5 minutes was NO.

This is a place where you want to celebrate the morning with breakfast, spend time with friends and family! The atmosphere is pleasant and calm, the staff is courteous and friendly! Visit this place and it will become one of your favorites!

we entered at 9:30. From the beginning, they said that they were closing soon. We were with my child and my sister in a wheelchair. It was raining heavily outside. At 9:50 they approached and said that we are closing, come out, we had never met such bad attitude in Yerevan
