It's not the first time I've shopped at this store, but before that I only took summer, outdoor shoes from them. Today I watched 2 closed lace-up models. The saleswoman did not allow me to use the shoelaces, she said not to touch them, because they are on an elastic band and deteriorate from this. When I asked her how I would understand that shoes didn't fit me, she replied, literally, that I needed to imagine it in my mind, "պետք է պատկերացնեկ". When I asked her to tell the responsible manager that it was impossible to buy shoes with laces without tying them, she replied that there was no manager, there was only a director, he didn't do that, she decided. I think this position is absurd, and I really hope that this comment will somehow reach the director and he will pay attention to this situation.
