Ramen is good for lovers and those who just want to plunge into this wonderful world. At the level of very good and expensive places in Dubai and Thailand. There are a lot of visitors, which indicates the quality of the place, plus almost every time you see Japanese people, they will not go where it is not tasty. It's like Russians won't go to a lame dumpling house. I took the chicken ramen, everything is fine: noodles, broth, egg, and chicken on skewers in an amazing sauce. My wife took piggy and kimchi, that's great. I recommend trying the shiitake appetizer in teriyaki sauce, it's delicious, leave the daikon for last to taste another dish.

Contrary to the name, it's a very nice place with very good ramen. Besides noodles, there is real (!) tea. And now that it's hotter, I often take "homemade nice tea", which is actually lemonade. Of course, you can't sit down in the evening or on weekends, but the place is perfect for lunch. The service is also perfect and uplifting.

I haven't been to Japan, but I've had a lot of experience eating ramen, wok, etc. I agree with the review that the ramen here is really just a broth with additives: it seems delicious, but something is wrong. For 1.5 t. there is not even an egg, it is an additive. The portion is not huge, but quite standard - a girl with a good appetite can handle it. There are only 2 items on the menu without broth. And it's just a diner with a very modest design. Generally edible, but overrated, I think.

After reading the super reviews of the cafe's visitors, I, like a real Japanophile (I visited all of Japan several times, except Okinawa), wanted to eat ramen in this place. Ramen is the basis of Japanese cuisine, not sushi, not udon, not sashimi (there is no letter w in Japanese), not rice with addition, but ramen! Since historically, during the time of the shogun (and this is 300 years), the majority of the population (the peasantry) ate exclusively plant food, it was forbidden to eat meat from animals, birds and fish, on pain of death! And you think: How could a samurai have scattered twenty peaceful peasants?! But that's why they were puny and small- they didn't eat meat! Apart from ramen and a few rice balls, an ordinary Japanese, under the shogun, did not eat anything. Ramen is made from vegetable broth with the addition of meat or fish later, noodles, eggs, tofu, mushrooms, etc. And spices! In every region of Japan, ramen has its own distinct taste. The Japanese believe that the best gift is a product made in a certain region of Japan, as you can repeat any product, but not the product! So, it's not ramen- it's noodle soup in the cafeteria! No taste, no pleasure, just heartburn. Next, the waiters (a girl and a boy) are Spanish-speaking, they have problems with languages, but they serve quickly, a young boy and an elderly Serbian woman cook, they cook from semi-finished products prepared in advance. Yes, they put meat, and eggs, and noodles, and some other things (I ate pork ramen), but this is tasteless food. I was on Friday at 3 p.m., there were two couples in the hall besides me, Russians (a mother with a little daughter and a guy with a girl) and a single Frenchman, no one on the street. The chopsticks and spoon are made of wood for ramen, but they are not disposable! They are not packed and just lie open on the table, they do not provide wet wipes. I didn't try the rest of the dishes - they are also made from semi-finished products. As a result, this is an ordinary dining room with a Japanese name and assortment, nothing more. I was once again convinced that in the country where you live or visit, you should go to restaurants or cafes of local cuisine. The only advantage of the establishment is the fast service.
