As a result, the treatment went perfectly — without anesthesia and without sedation! The child calmly sat through all the treatment and was completely delighted. 😊 I would like to mention the doctors' approach separately. I really liked that they don't insist on sedation or anesthesia right away, but first try to find an approach to the child and carry out treatment without them, if possible. In our case, everything worked out! Many thanks to the doctor for his patience, attitude to the child and professionalism. The child is happy, the parents are even more satisfied. Now we go to treat the rest of the teeth quite calmly!

Today, a 5-year-old child had his teeth cleaned. The child was very scared, he had a tantrum. After that, he bit the doctor's finger. The doctor abruptly started shouting at the child and pointing her finger, saying: "You bit me until I bled!" (there was no blood). After that, she asked me to come out, because, according to her, because of my presence next to the child, hysteria began. I did not leave and continued to calm the child. As a result, his teeth were cleaned, but all this time the doctor was very rude to him. I am very offended because I took the child to the clinic, where, as it seems to me, they should be able to work and communicate with children. Instead, he was treated like an adult. I do not justify the fact that a child bit a doctor, but I believe that shouting at the top of your voice at a frightened five—year-old child is also unacceptable. After that, I also discussed this situation with the girl at the reception. To which she replied that the doctor was just talking loudly, and said she would tell her not to do that. But, to be honest, I doubt that they will actually have any kind of conversation with the doctor. At the same time, no one even apologized for the scream or for the unacceptable behavior of the doctor towards the child. We will not return to this clinic again.

We signed up, the doctor looked, the child was immediately presented with gifts, although my daughter was not particularly afraid of dentists for almost 7 years, usually such a service is welcome when a child is afraid. Okay, let's leave that out. We found a bunch of teeth that need to be treated. Although two were sick. They didn't complain about the others. The cost was called staggering, when there was no longer an option to leave with a sick child's tooth, they still spent time on the road and the pain had to be removed, the nerve was open and it was not convenient to leave. They counted 56,000 drams for 2 teeth. Plus, they said that the child does not brush his teeth properly and needs to be cleaned for 17,000 drams. As a result, we had 2 teeth cleaned, a medicine was put on to kill the nerve, and for this we paid 20,000 drams. For further treatment, I found another clinic at more reasonable prices. And I won't contact babydent anymore, because the service is not just about cajoling a child with all sorts of trinkets. Perhaps they have high-quality materials, good specialists, it is beautiful and cozy in the clinic, I do not argue with this. But prices, especially for children, should be adequate and should be negotiated in advance. Moreover, baby teeth will soon fall off.
