A bit of delicious cafe culture from Japan, featuring the best dark roasts I ever had. The holistic approach is the opposite of Nordic 3rd wave places. Nothing is measured using instruments, intuition and skill are enough. The naturally sweet, smooth coffee is a starting point for kissa experiences, not a main charactor to be scrutinized and dissected ad naseum. Great sake selection by the glass also.

The best coffee shop in Tbilisi. But you definitely need 20-30 minutes to seat and relax.

Japanese cafe, coffee filter (not bad), desserts, pleasant atmosphere. The receipt is slightly above average.
