We spent the best days of vacation here. We’ve been to Tbilisi 4 times in a year and every time we stayed in Axis Towers. The stuff is friendly, they speak 3+ languages frequently 🤩. The rooms are adorable and this view… We even met 2024 right on the last floor with the French DG and when the clock struck 0:00, we ran onto the roof of this building to see the fireworks

The Axis Towers multifunctional complex in Tbilisi (37m Ilya Chavchavadze Avenue) is not just a building, but a real "city within a city", which impressed me in many ways. Purpose of the complex: Axis Towers unites five areas of development: * residential area (apartments in the "White Tower" / "Stone Tower"); * Hotel business (the 5-star Pullman Hotel from AccorGroup, starting from the 19th floor of the Black Tower / Glass Tower); * office premises (business center in the "Black Tower"); * commercial areas (shops, cafes, restaurants); * entertainment and wellness areas (spa center, fitness room, 25-meter pool with a sliding roof, bars and restaurants). Also located here are: * conference hall (the largest in the city center); * Business meeting rooms with simultaneous translation booths; * pedestrian recreation area connecting Chavchavadze Avenue with Abuladze Street; * underground parking (equal in area to four stadiums) . Year of construction: The complex was completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2017, and the official opening took place in June 2022. Height of buildings: The height of Axis Towers is 147 meters. The complex includes 41 floors, of which: * 37 floors are above ground; * 4 floors — underground (parking) . Constructive solutions: The design features of Axis Towers are striking in their innovation: * Unique "clock" design: The view from above resembles a clock face due to the central rod and twelve massive pylons in each tower. * Pile system: the depth of the piles exceeds 30 meters, and the total length of the horizontal and vertical piles is 18 km. * Floor rotation: Each floor of the twin towers is rotated by 2 degrees relative to the underlying floor. The rotation takes place around the central axis/rod of the structure. The successive rotation of the floors creates a spiral effect — visually, the towers seem to be twisted. This is the first solution in the world where two towers rotate around their axis, standing on the same foundation. * Engineering solutions: the project was tested in a wind tunnel at the Institute of Applied Sciences of the Prague Academy. International engineering companies (Europroject, Hinman) participated in the examination. * Elevators: 22 fastest elevators in Georgia for independent movement of internal flows. Architectural solutions: Axis Towers architecture is a combination of modernism and uniqueness: * Twin towers facing in opposite directions create the illusion of buildings rotating. * Contrast of materials: one tower is lined with dark glass, the other with white stone. This is not only an aesthetic device, but also a "dialogue of light and heavy materials." * Reflection of towers: The glass tower is reflected in the stone one, enhancing the visual harmony. * Facade design: Reynaers Aluminum glazing systems (CW 50, CP 155 LS, CS 77) are used, which gives the buildings a modern look. * Panoramic views: The upper floors of the towers offer stunning views of the city, including the Dynamo Stadium. * Sky Bar The highest point of Tbilisi is on the upper floors . The overall impression: Axis Towers is a symbol of modern Tbilisi, combining innovation, comfort and style. The complex not only decorates the urban landscape, but also creates a convenient infrastructure for living, working and relaxing. The scale of the project is particularly impressive: from the wellness complex to the business zones, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I recommend visiting Axis Towers for both tourists and residents of the city — it is a place where modernity meets Georgian hospitality!

A very gorgeous location!! Very gorgeous panorama of the mountains and Tbilisi (25th floor) . There is a very cool Agrohub hypermarket downstairs. The prepared food is just great!!! Georgia is a very beautiful and hospitable country!!! The kitchen is beyond praise!!!
