It's a terrible place! I feel pain when I buy a ticket online, because it is impossible to buy tickets from Polotsk online, but this does not always work either. The train station itself looks like time stopped here about ten years ago. The cashiers are rude, the equipment at the cash desks is constantly malfunctioning, and their voices are barely audible. At least give them proper chairs! What they're sitting on is just squalor, and you can feel it in every detail.
