In December 2024, on a Friday, my son and I drove from Borovukha to Koptevo at 18:06. When the bus stopped at this stop, I first helped my son get off the bus because the child has a leg disability. And so, when the child entered the bus stop, I began to get out, and it so happened that the driver began to close the door, thereby pinching my neck with the bus doors (my body was on the bus, and my head was on the street). And the bus driver continued driving the bus until the turn of the city itself. People were screaming, trying to open the door, and my 7-year-old child was running along the road behind the bus and crying. Then the bus stopped, opened the door and drove away. I called the bus station, but no one picked up the phone. I called the traffic police, they told me that there was no video from the camera, the driver was punished. (he was deprived of his rights for 2 years and fined) she called for the next 2 days and also did not pick up the phone because it was apparently a weekend. On Monday, I got through to the bus station, and all they told me was, "Your word is against the driver's word."and they didn't even apologize! Everything went unpunished! Then my voice disappeared for 2-3 days, I was diagnosed with swelling of the neck muscles, swelling of the larynx, bruising on the temple, etc. Less than a year later, the driver's license was returned and he continues to work at the same bus station.

Either change the schedule and adjust it to the actual traffic, or start walking on schedule!
