The disgusting attitude of a male dispatcher. A rare boor. He talks on the phone with such an intonation, as if he were a king and all the others were plebeians. Dear dispatchers, if people call and ask questions, it's because they want to know information, and that's why you're there, to answer questions. If you don't know how to work with citizens, quit!

It's very good for a regional bus station. On the plus side, there is a private toilet, food, and easy access to buses. One of the disadvantages is taxi drivers, someone takes on the paw, as there are many private traders at the bus station.

You can turn a blind eye to many inconveniences, but when passengers don't give a damn, it's too much! They sold the ticket and forgot. And the fact that there will be no bus and it turns out that you have to go on another one, then change to a third one, I'm sorry, run around the station yourself, look for it, find out! I wouldn't be surprised if someone with a ticket in their hands stayed at the train station! You are not just a ticket office like in a store - you let go of the goods and forgot, you are a bus station and are responsible for at least providing passenger boarding services! I really hope that you will learn how to work, I regret that I did not go from the 1st bus station!!!
