Feedback on the work of AutoDesk, including the Georgian site in Rustavi. In June 2024, I paid for the purchase and delivery of a Lexus TX 500h from the USA under contract No. 880. The car was supposed to be delivered in the fall of 2024, but the deadlines kept shifting, and then the company reported problems with the car due to sanctions restrictions. Instead, I was offered a similar car from partners in Georgia. I agreed, but this option didn't end with anything: I never got the car. Starting in the spring of 2025, the company returns the money in installments, but with constant delays. I have to remind you about every payment. In October 2026, payments stopped again, they tell me that there is no money. Twice, at the request of the company, I deleted the reviews in exchange for promises — both times the promises were not fulfilled. The result as of October 26, 2026: almost two and a half years have passed, there is no car, no full refund. I have the contract, correspondence, and transfer confirmations. The chronology is in the Telegram channel "Auto Desk SCAM", it is also available in MAX. Before buying a car through AutoDesk, evaluate the risks.

THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED THE MONEY FOR A YEAR!!! I ordered the selection and delivery of a car from the USA, but unfortunately we didn't have time to find the right option before the scrap rate increased. As a result, I asked for a refund, for which they have been feeding me breakfast for almost a year, they promise, they say that there is no money. Obviously not a reliable company, I do not advise you to contact
