On 05/31, I took a trip along the Tula — Donetsk route on the Haiger 448 bus and I want to share my impressions. Overall, the trip was comfortable and without major problems — I'll mention a few key points. The interior looked well maintained, the seats were intact and comfortable enough for a long trip. The interior is clean and odorless. The bus had climate control: the temperature was kept at a comfortable level, it was neither too hot nor cold. Regular stops every 2-3 hours provided an opportunity to stretch, have a snack and visit the bathroom. The places for stops were well chosen — there were cafes and shops nearby.

I took bus No. 991 from Moscow to Donetsk, and I was satisfied. Departure on time, arrival without delay. The interior is clean, the chairs are comfortable, and there is plenty of legroom. The tickets indicated an arrival time of 14.40, we barely made it at 18.30. People missed trains and planes. At the same time, the border was passed very quickly. There were stops for an hour, and the drivers were the last to arrive at the bus. It seems that this is not a regular bus, but a tour bus. But the bus is definitely not for people: it's stuffy on the second floor, no air conditioners, or even air conditioning. Dirty old seats fall off and fall on the heads of the shelf passengers. The horror! Do not use the services of this company! There are other adequate carriers.

I want to leave a negative review. We were let down by a driver with seats, booked 2 online tickets for January 8, 2026, boarded the bus, and were told that you were not on the list. Go buy your tickets, the reservation is cancelled in half an hour. It was 10.20 on the clock, there were no seats on the bus anymore, everything was sold out. I went with this company on October 28, I sat down in Makeyevka, we got to Krasnodar perfectly, and then we were transferred to a minibus that went to Novorossiysk, the drivers because of 2 people did not want to stop by. But we're human too!!!The minibus was full, they put us in the back seats, it was simply impossible to sit there..The wheel was shaking very hard, there was nowhere to put my feet, the distance was short, and the seat was practically lying on my lap.I specifically took a bus ticket to sit comfortably..And in the end I got a terrible trip, after which I left for another 2 days!I will never travel with this company again!!!

They didn't have time to pick up the phone when they called to confirm the reservation - "well, now call the driver yourself, do whatever you want." They got through, asked for a phone number, and we just bought a new SIM card, we say, wait a second, we'll find it now, and the answer is immediately "well, look for it, they don't show me your numbers here with signs." Why be rude right away? When we were driving in one direction, they yelled at us that we should have thought in advance which side of the bus would be facing the road and put the bag on the opposite side. Excuse me?" When we were driving in the other direction, we asked if the bus would stand at the boarding point for 3-5 minutes (similar flights always stood for 10-15 minutes) to say goodbye to loved ones, in response to the whole area, "yes, we'll stand for 3 hours now, what nonsense are you talking about." We got on the bus, half of the seats are broken, the drivers are constantly talking in raised tones. What kind of disgusting office is this? We used the services because we couldn't find any others. I booked seats 2 weeks in advance, on the day of the preliminary call I couldn't pick up the phone (I was working), after calling back in 20 minutes I found out that my reservation had been cancelled..
