The driver of bus 20, who worked on 07/21/2026 and was traveling at 16:45, behaves extremely disrespectfully towards citizens. At the Nesvizh crossroads bus stop, there is one stop for the round trip route, the schedule coincided. When we got on the bus, we asked the driver if he was going to the stadium, to which he laughed and closed the door, the result: we arrived in the wrong place, we wasted the coupons. This is extremely disrespectful, such behavior is not acceptable!

I want to write a review about a sore spot. It's freezing outside right now, please tell me if you can't turn on the stoves or some kind of heating on the bus at least in the morning! It's warmer to drive during the day. But in the morning, and when it's still 40 minutes away, you'll freeze to the point of impossibility. Yes, this does not apply to all drivers, there are decent people, but there are inhumans, I apologize for the expression. I'd be interested to know if their children, parents, or wives were on their bus, and they wouldn't have bothered to turn on the stove to make the trip more comfortable. Where are the higher authorities looking!? What kind of attitude is this to work?!
