But at the next car wash, it turned out that you need to warn in advance if you want to wash the rug in the trunk along with the whole car, and put your things out (should I warn you or should I wash for 80 rubles?) The disks are now also apparently not washable, at least the dirt is still there. We have a bright interior now, and it's very clear that in many places we haven't even been through. Managers do not respond to feedback in any way, and negative reviews are deleted in yplaces) After 5 years, we go to another car wash. And yes, the good ones have already opened, otherwise the Autobahn thinks they are still the best :)

It's a strange approach. On the phone, the cost is 35-40p. You arrive at the engine wash, and there is "increased pollution" in the place and the cost is already as much as 75p. Although the whole wash took like usual, 20 minutes and no one did 2 passes. And the master cleaner smokes right in the box and works with a hot cigarette with the hood open, applying the product to the engine. If it hadn't been for the open car service entry, I would have turned around. 2 stars for the fact that the car started, although most likely it is more due to the car)

BUT at the same time, everything was turned on (heaters, air conditioning, etc.), the rug was somehow stuffed under the back seat, the elastic bands were not wiped in some places... These are all small things. The most unpleasant thing is that the interior rearview mirror was torn off, not completely, but now it is dangling when moving. And most of all, I didn't like the manager's attitude. When I called and said that the mirror was torn off when cleaning the salon, he said that this could not be and promised to look at the CCTV footage. He called back just a minute later and informed me that he had talked to the employee who was doing the cleaning, and according to this employee it turns out that my mirror was already hanging out, but no one had touched it (the mirror) with a finger! Imagine that you spend several hours in the car every day and do not notice that your mirror is hanging out, and an astute employee immediately noticed that something was wrong! And then they convinced me for 5 minutes that I was wrong, that the Autobahn was the best car wash in the city and the most responsible employees were there, and the mirror itself came off. There is a receptionist next to the mirror. Both the registrar and the mirror were turned when I picked up the car. The manager said that the receptionist got loose and turned himself around. After about 5 minutes, I finally managed to persuade the manager to look at the cameras. They called back two hours later and reported that the video "did not show a blow to the mirror." It was pointless to talk any further. There used to be a normal sink, now there is something.

For the first time I encountered this in Gomel: you drive the car, go to the HIPPO, the cleaner somehow assesses the degree of pollution of the cabin, the administrator calls back, informs that the complex will cost 2 times more expensive =) there are no increasing coefficients in the price list, there are no cash receipts in which you can see what services were provided, too (only a piece of paper from the terminal with the amount of payment). As a result, the car was washed twice as expensive as according to their price list, three times more expensive than according to the average city, they did not even offer free coffee (although they would hardly agree: if you start drinking, they will say that it is made from grains from luvak's droppings and thrown on top), the quality of the sink is not bad, but as they say there are nuances. Don't set foot here anymore...

There were questions about the sink - there were smudges, white plaque on the panel, mats, the display screen of the on-board computer with an incomprehensible plaque. The seats are made of leather - the feeling that they were not treated with air conditioning. Overall, the car looked good, but for 104 rubles I expected more. 4 out of 5. But to a greater extent, I would recommend them. We washed the car earlier, there were more positive emotions.

The car was on sale from Belavtomarkit a day later. After 3 days, I came to look at my car. Only a surface wash was done. As the stains on the seat were, so they remain. The dust in the bag is about the size of a finger. What kind of dry cleaning???? From where??? He pointed out the shortcomings of cleaning to the seller, spread his hands, but agreed. I thought they would redo it and eliminate everything. Wherever there is... as a result, no one else touched the car. It's time to withdraw the car from sale, I asked for the promised dry cleaning. They replied that the car had been parked for 2 months in winter and the dust layer had grown again... They mentioned the stains on the seats. Just a 150r car wash is too much!!!! They refused to refund the difference in funds. I don't recommend it. The shallots!!!!!
