When we came to visit our relatives in our hometown, we visited this institution. I was impressed by the transformation, it's very beautiful, cozy, clean, nice to be in, although it's not far from our factory, but the cleanliness is great. Polite staff, the waiter double-checked everything after the order was placed, announced the order as it was being placed. The receptionist helped a group of young people with the choice of a table and provided maximum comfort due to the scorching sun. Everything was done quickly and on my own initiative))) We ordered desserts, sushi, coffee, ice cream. I liked everything very much, the portions are large and most importantly everything is delicious. Despite the fact that you can order a hookah there, there were no smells at all! It was nice to be there with the child! My daughter also really liked it, she asked me to come here again, as soon as we arrive another time!))) I will add that there is something to compare it with. During our short stay in Alchevsk, we visited another establishment that is praised (I will not name it), I will say in comparison that it is located further from the factory, BUT it is very dirty, smoky, the waitress said about the clarification of the menu : - take a look for yourself! It's not difficult for me to do this, of course, but we wanted to save her and my time a little, but unfortunately it turned out not to be pleasant (

However, the service left a very unpleasant impression. The waiter, the guy he was serving, looked unhappy. I've visited this place more than once, generally beautiful interior, well-groomed, order everywhere, good music, pleasant to be in, but there are a lot of failures in food. We once took a pork steak and served very tight meat, as if it had never been marinated and plus bland, although there are enough steak positions, but it's not interesting to take it, because apparently they don't know how to cook. It was the same story with the duck, which was like rubber and tasteless. Chili con Carne floats in a ton of fat, I can't imagine how to eat it, I want to praise the burgers because it's delicious. Caesar is average, at 4 with a minus. Maybe I'm wrong and the main calculation is for people who go there like to the canteen before 16:00 and we should try this format, not a restaurant one.

But at the same time, you're sitting comfortably, almost like in a good restaurant. An interesting and unexpected decision. The most important thing is food. Despite the format of the distribution, the quality of cooking and taste of the dishes are not inferior to restaurant dishes. Everything is neat, decent and really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. I came here by accident, just to have lunch in a new place, and I didn't regret it. I will definitely come by and recommend it. I really want you not to reduce either the quality of the cuisine or the level of service. Unfortunately, this is a rarity in this region. I wish you prosperity and further growth.
