I don't understand the rave reviews about this company. A year ago, we used the services and brought a car from the USA, my personal disadvantages (selection): 1. On the first call, they tried for 20 minutes to convince me that I needed to look for another car. 2. TK at the stage of selection is not observed from the word at all, absolutely every lot was thrown off with unsuitable parameters and each time I had to write about it. 3. Already at the stage of sending the car to the port, it turned out that there was additional damage to the car, but they decided to inform us about it ONLY a WEEK LATER, and it was already impossible to abandon the car, of course (although according to the auction rules, if the product card does not match the actual appearance, this can be resolved in the first 1-3 days after the purchase). 4. The contract is very cleverly drawn up and in fact nothing can be done because of 1 vague wording, even if the company is to blame. 5. There is no initiative in informing about the condition and location of the car after winning the auction and transferring money from the company. Either you write it yourself, or you don't. 6. The cost of shipping and the percentage for winning the auction is higher than that of other companies. In addition, the total cost of delivery was 2 times more than the one that was originally called, which is also not clear to me (I'm hardly the first person to order such a car in so many years of work). The intermediate result is why they were chosen for selection - there were few reviews, there was more trust in Russian speakers (no longer), we used their services and everything seemed to be fine. Repair services: 1. The agreed deadlines are not observed from the word at all. They promised 2 weeks, they did it for about 2 months, because today they have one thing, tomorrow they have another. 2. The total amount for repairs was 2.5 times more than originally estimated. Either the cost of working without spare parts was initially estimated, which is strange not to mention, or I do not know how you can not know the cost of your own work after working with machines for such a long time. 3. They asked to carefully cover up the small chips of paint so that rust would not go and the entire part would not be painted. As a result, they covered it up, of course, but it felt like they were doing it with their eyes closed, there is no other explanation, it's so bad. 4. "The car is ready, come" - usually this phrase means that people have done their job and checked everything twice. For them, this means: "oh, there was a mistake this morning, we didn't have time to fix it, we thought we would, come back tomorrow, because today we are already closing in half an hour and no one will be doing this." 5. They scratched the front bumper, painted it over crookedly, as well as the chips, and tried to pass it off as "it's already happened." Fortunately, they had their own photos, where it was clear that this was not the case. And there are many more minor problems that can be endlessly enumerated, and which should not arise at all for a company that has been on the market for so many years and has branches in several countries , they left repairs for only one reason - they promised to do it quickly. Although after the jambs on the selection, I didn't want to interact with them. Of course, in order not to list only one disadvantage, we can say that there were a couple of advantages. But they pale in comparison to all the disadvantages of this company. I do not recommend it (only if it remains the only company in Georgia that carries and repairs cars, only in this case it is worth considering)
