Do not take rooms with a view of the road, it is not possible to open the windows at night. Nice solid hotel. The rooms and common areas are clean, the renovation is not fancy, but good. The sound insulation is average. The staff is friendly. Water is provided according to the general schedule, which is notified when confirming the reservation. But apparently there are some kind of storage tanks, so at least there is a minimum pressure almost always. The price tag, of course, is a horse. Although by Donetsk standards it's just big.

But 2013, unfortunately, has been over for quite some time, and the hotel seems to have decided to stay there in some places. Let's start with the good stuff, there's not much of it. The room is clean enough, the renovation is fresh, everything looks neat and more or less stylish. That's about all the advantages. Then the little things begin, which gradually form the overall impression. The phone in the room is not working. There is no refrigerator, although they carefully left a place for it. The towels look like they were caught receiving those same awards in 2013, and it's time to replace them. A bathtub instead of a normal shower also brings back a bit to the past. And then I find a trash can full of previous guests in the toilet. I don't even want to swear much here: the cleaner could have forgotten the human factor. But combined with everything else, it already looks revealing. Now breakfast is for 1300 rubles. This is a separate attraction. When they told me about several kitchen options, I already presented a good buffet with a normal selection. In the morning I come to the restaurant, they solemnly hand me the menu. I'm opening it. Five breakfast options. Not five kitchens, not a huge selection, but literally five ready-made plates. Conventionally: a sausage, two eggs and something else nearby. In terms of volume, it is normal to feed a child. After such a breakfast, it's time for an adult man to go look for a place to have breakfast. And for this 1300 rubles. Thanks, I just canceled the next paid breakfasts. Because there was no desire to participate in this experiment a second time. The restaurant itself and the lobby are also interesting. It feels like I'm not in a hotel, but in some kind of hookah bar. It's dark, uncomfortable, and the atmosphere is very specific. But the acquaintance with the service began even earlier. I arrived at about 12:30. I perfectly understood the conditions of the check-in, while I saw in advance on the website that there were plenty of available rooms. At the reception, I was greeted so dryly, as if I had come not to pay for the room, but to ask to live for free. The administrator checked the availability and checked in anyway. However, with such an expression on her face, as if she had just done me a serious personal favor. It is precisely from such trifles that the concept of "service" is formed. You can just say, "Yes, of course, there is a room available, we can check you in now." That's it. The guest is pleased, the hotel has not lost anything. But no, you must first let the person feel how lucky he is. Then I decided to use the gym. I think: great, I'll get up in the morning, I'll practice before work. But the gym is open from 9 a.m. This is generally a separate mystery. Then who is the gym in the hotel for? Most business travelers just want to practice early in the morning and go about their business. Okay, I came in the afternoon. And I realized that the working hours were not the main problem yet. All the equipment is crammed into one room, ventilation draws moist air from the pool, so the feeling and smell inside is like in a large sauna. But instead of sweating, you need to train for some reason. All in all, it turns out to be an interesting story. The hotel is not terrible. I've lived in almost all the hotels in this city, so there's a lot to compare it with. There are worse places. But there are much better ones, and for comparable money. And here the main question is the price. When a hotel charges that kind of money, you expect an appropriate attitude: a normal breakfast, working equipment in the room, fresh towels, a comfortable gym, and at least basic customer orientation. Disadvantages are absolutely everywhere. The only question is how much the hotel tries to fix them and how it compensates. It still feels like the main bet is still on the 2013 award plaques. But it's already 2026. Therefore, for me personally, it was the first and, most likely, the last race.

We were faced with complete indifference from the staff , they simply spoke well to all requests and did nothing , the rooms were not cleaned , they nodded at requests to clean the room and did not clean anything , we ordered food from the restaurant to the room - dirty plates were not taken away for two days , it all stood smelling in the room . To all requests we ignored the dirty dishes , we needed to replace at least towels and bed linen - on the 4th day of the requests , they created some kind of request there and there were no face towels for us , but that 's not all , it so happened that we had to stay for another 1 day , my husband came to the reception in advance with a request to extend it for another day , she said OK . As a result , we were evicted from the room , we were replaced with another room - it was not cleaned ( they asked us to at least clean the room where we were being moved ) But they moved to another one altogether. The service suffers a lot, I would like to treat the guests with more respect, considering that staying at this hotel is not cheap. This is the first time I've seen that hotels don't have cleaning on a daily basis and the receptionist doesn't respond to requests in any way! Rating 3 only for the fact that the food in the restaurant is really delicious and the rooms are quite cozy , but that 's it.

I was left with a very bad impression of this hotel. This is not due to the lack of water or its quality, not to the general condition of the room (everything is fine here). This was the first time I had encountered such a situation in my many trips: when I checked into the room, there was a pungent smell of some kind of perfume. It felt like a bottle of cologne had been spilled on the carpet in the room. When I contacted the receptionist, she replied that they had such a smell in all the rooms and advised me to open the window (it was -7 outside and the noise from the road). Bottom line: it was cold, noisy, the smell gave me a headache, and I couldn't sleep. I'm not staying here anymore.

An overrated hotel, the rating of 5 is too high, perhaps the negative reviews are simply deleted. 07/02/26 after calling the reception, we booked a room, employee Elena picked up the phone and booked a room with her for 2 nights in the premium category (we need a refrigerator). Elena booked a room, specified the time of check-in, etc. Upon arrival at the hotel, an unpleasant surprise awaited us, the reception staff said that there was no such reservation, there were no rooms of this category either, only a suite was available! Or a room without a refrigerator . Unfortunately, we did not even receive an apology for this situation, but we received an employee's response: "we can put you in a suite / room without a refrigerator (and our request was to have a refrigerator because there was a bento cake with you) or look for other options. Your reservation is not in the database" I do not recommend this hotel ... we were passing through this city and it so happened that I had OTHER things, of course I wanted to get at least a normal room, the one we expected upon arrival. Customer-oriented, the service leaves much to be desired. P.S. I do not recommend deleting this review-I will write a new one!

The room is expensive - almost 7 thousand, breakfast is included. The room itself is cozy, the furniture is brand new, the renovation is fresh, the Windows are panoramic. There is no refrigerator. There is a kettle, a safe, a hairdryer, and a TV. Cleaning is not done every day, and shower supplies are not replenished. An ironing board and iron are brought to the room upon request. They carry it for a long time. Both the board and the iron with carbon deposits are dirty. Early breakfasts (from 7 o'clock), you need to choose from 4 complexes. The food is delicious , and you need to pay extra for coffee .
