I want to warn future guests about my experience of living. We rented two guest houses for two nights. Upon check-in, we immediately felt a strong unpleasant smell of cigarettes and mustiness. The condition of the houses turned out to be unsatisfactory: * the bed linen looked stale, there was hair and dirt on it; * The refrigerator, mugs, spoons, and other utensils were dirty; * there was hair in the toilet, the toilet was dirty, and there was no toilet paper; * The cabinets and bedside tables were dirty, and there were items left by previous tenants inside.; * the area near the cabins, including a place for grilling and relaxing, was not cleaned, the mown grass lay on the plot; * the toilets in the pool and sauna area were dirty, there was an unpleasant smell, and the sanitary condition left a very bad impression. We immediately informed the administrator Rudik about this. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he first assured us that everything was fine and asked us to pay for the accommodation, promising to fix everything. The communication was unpleasant, and the attitude towards our remarks could not be called respectful. Unfortunately, the impression of the holiday was spoiled due to the unsanitary condition of the cabins and the territory. Photos taken immediately after check-in are attached. I hope the administration will pay attention to the quality of cleaning and the attitude towards the guests, and future visitors will be able to draw conclusions before booking. Unfortunately, few photos were taken from the shock. I was very shocked by the dirty bed linen and dirt in the drawers, and the smells… And for an hour of our stay, while we were looking at everything, we were charged 50%... the question is for what??? They said that the reservation and so on It's just a shock After all, this is someone's business that no one looks after or appreciates.
