Finally, I found the time to write a review to the wonderful agency team. I contacted the agency because it was very difficult to sign with my husband (a British citizen) in Russia. There were a lot of papers and certificates, a long queue, and of course everyone, coming to Russia is a visa application. I was surprised by the speed of the response, the friendliness and simplicity, everything is clear and to the point, We ordered the official registration in Tbilisi at Registry Office No. 1 (selected from photos) on 07/26/2025. We ordered the Gold standard package, it turned out to be more profitable, it includes makeup, bouquet, photographer, transfer and personal, time manager. We also ordered an apostille with a translation into Russian and English. A team of cool professionals who love their work: Anna coordinated all the work, not just a professional, but an incredibly pleasant and beautiful girl, Ilona was a time manager, everything was calculated according to the notes, there was no need to think, she did everything, even chose and ordered a restaurant for us (I really liked it). The agency chose photographer Max for us and we didn't regret it, very cool photos and great communication, we laughed heartily. The hairstyle and makeup were done by the magnificent Anna, 40 degrees of heat, everything lasted until the evening and did not lose its appearance))) To say that we are satisfied is to say nothing, everything is clear and coordinated and at the same time homey. Very cool agency, I liked absolutely everything :). Great service, only positive emotions. I found myself thinking that it wasn't until after the wedding that I started thinking about agency work... why? Because everything was as homey as possible :)😹 But at a high level) cool stylist, cool photographer Alexander, everything is great I think this is the perfect format) and I'm glad that I contacted this agency. Alexander is probably the first photographer who was able to photograph me so beautifully that I was surprised (I expected a worse result, since I did not know that I could be so beautiful, although I had already been to photographers). I would like to say a special thank you to Milena, who was with us the whole wedding day and accompanied us, brought us a wonderful gift, which a week later was as good as new, Milena was always in touch, answered questions, helped with communication with the stylist and photographer. A huge selection of stylists and photographers. I had a stylist, Ekaterina, who helped me choose an image, advised me as a specialist what would suit me best, and always clarified how I should make up / hairstyle. The hairstyle and makeup lasted all day, although there was a slight wind outside, the hairstyle was not affected in any way. Photographer Alexander is a very pleasant young man, he was able to win us over, it was very comfortable and easy to work with him, advised locations, poses, shot videos. Many thanks to Alvina, who accompanied us on the day of the application and gave us our documents after the wedding, as well as Alvina shot us a wonderful video from our ceremony, it was unexpected and very very pleasant. Thanks to Alvina, we can now watch and remember this wonderful moment. They also gave us delicious wine at the registry office. We have never regretted that we chose this particular team for our wedding, thanks to them our day was calm, fun, we didn't have to worry about anything and think about time. We organized a beautiful mural in the Mtskheta Wedding Palace with a further photo session in Jvari. It was very intimate and emotional: only us, the witnesses and positive emotions. Unfortunately, we have to leave a negative review about the agency's work. We were extremely upset by the quality of the wedding photos. In many of the pictures, my fiance and I have our eyes closed or half-closed, and some of the shots capture the moment of conversation, rather than beautiful poses. The reason, in our opinion, is the photographer's passive work: he did not guide us or catch good moments, but only took quick photos in parallel with the video. When we pointed out these shortcomings, we were promised that retouching would fix the situation. However, after processing, we got the same frames without significant improvements. Thus, the problem was not solved, and our request for help was actually ignored. It is a pity that the memories of such an important day were ruined precisely because of poor-quality work and lack of customer service.
