We went on an excursion to Tatev. The route is full: the monastery, the Krylia Tateva cable car, views of the Vorotan gorge — everything is according to plan, without haste. The driver Atanes coped well with the mountain road: careful driving, attention to detail, stops on request. We felt safe even in difficult areas. The guide, Seda, gave succinct and interesting explanations, answered all questions, while not overloading with unnecessary information. I especially liked that she took into account the pace of the group and did not pull ahead those who wanted to linger on the observation deck. I am very grateful to the team for their sensitivity and flexibility! Due to heavy rain, we could not go to Khndzoresk ‑ the road was unsafe. But the organizers did not delay and promptly offered an alternative.: Instead, we went to Noravank. And you know, it turned out even great: the monastery framed by red rocks is incredibly beautiful, and because of the bad weather there were very few tourists there, so we managed to look at everything calmly. The tour is organized clearly, I recommend it to those who want to see Tatev without fuss and with a good guide and driver.

We went on 3 one-day tours with this organization, in general, there are no complaints. Many thanks to the guides Shoghina, Hrachui, Anush Tadevosyan and the drivers, Artur and Grisha. Guided tours in Armenian. Everything is organized, and if there were any minor delays, it was the fault of tourists. Departure is always from Republic Square in Yerevan, arrival here is the same. On the way, the guides get to know the team, talk about the area they are passing through. The information alternated with listening to music, so the time was fun. There was a short tour at each location, then a fixed time was given for walks, photos, etc. There were at least 2 meal stops during the day.

One of the worst travel agencies in Armenia, I left a comment on their Facebook page, and they just deleted it. my comment. If every opinion is important to you, then why delete it? There are both good and bad things. I took a tour to Tbilisi for 2 days, which was the most terrible thing, an inconvenient car and not a professional guide. I don't recommend anyone, it's a waste of money.

The world's worst travel service provider. They took me to Syunik for 2 days, I can't get on their bus above 1.55 m, my knees hurt, you can't move, munat is a guide, they signed an agreement with some organization that earns money, they put people in a very bad position, in Cholera they put them in a very bad food point and they say that either you have to eat food there, or you have to eat standing in the middle of the street, you can't eat on the bus, everyone is taken off the bus near this food point, supposedly necessarily. And after so many complaints, they give me one card so that you can visit 4 of the 5 as a gift and specific places. I've always been praised, but in recent years, both the service and everything else have gone to 0. My birthday ruined your tour for these 2 days. From August 22 to August 23, the Syunik guide also does not know Grachui's last name. And what does it mean not to reply to an email for more than 24 hours? Something happened far from home. log into weiber and see the emails for how many hours there has been no response.
