Two years ago, I would have put 4 or 5. But now I don't recommend it.: 1) The attitude towards passengers is terrible. They don't turn on the air conditioner in the heat, they smoke... 2) They overtake on turns and drive very fast on streamers. 3) They drive as if we are not people, but logs. The car skids all the time, it seems that we will fly into a ditch or crash into someone. Then I was sick for 2 days. 4) It used to be much better. The office in Yerevan is terrible. Tbilisi is much better. At least they keep their promises. 5) Prices. 50 lari is 7,000 drams, not 8,000 drams. You can get there cheaper. But money is the least of the problems. I think we won't bother them with our trips anymore. Good luck.

Disgusting, terrible service. We booked the trip 3.5 weeks (25 days) before the departure date. All the fun started on the day of the trip: 1. When we arrived at the appointed time on the day of the trip, the price changed from GEL 50 to GEL 60, without warning. Although initially we were given a trip amount of GEL 50 per 1 person. At the same time, we corresponded with their office the day before, and we were not warned about the price change. I had to pay this amount. 2. When we got into the minibus to the empty seats behind the driver, the driver came up and said that these seats were occupied. Although they were free. There is a free boarding without seats on the bus. But the driver decided to put his friends there, apparently.

I don't recommend it to anyone because 1) The problems start even at the booking stage. First, they write that you can pay at the office before boarding, and then they ask for an advance payment. 2) Drivers who smoke and are inadequate, drive fast, communicate and behave incorrectly, turn off the air conditioner at will, but they don't care that the car is stuffy and hot enough to faint. 3) Support doesn't do anything to solve problems, they don't care either Such a transfer does not cost 50 GEL, there are carriers twice as cheap. And even more so, such an attitude towards passengers should not be for any price list.

We traveled with them from Tbilisi to Yerevan and back. It's a nightmare. Drivers risk the lives of all passengers, threaten to disembark them for comments about risky driving, and swear obscenities at other road users. Drivers don't care that people can't breathe in the cabin. If you value your life, do not contact this office.
