I got the answer: I was wrong, look at the price list, I didn't apologize, without a smile, somehow strained. As if the buyer still owes her for deigning to accept the fur coat. The communication was quite familiar. I asked which is better ozonation or dry cleaning. Either she didn't know the difference, or she didn't want to communicate. I have not received a clear answer. And in general, she got the impression that clients were a burden to her. The prices here are slightly above the city average, I expected better service. And this is the 2nd time such a situation has occurred with the staff. Although I liked the service, there was an unpleasant aftertaste after the visit.

The expensive down jacket was ruined on the back. But it was skillfully covered with a hood that the dry cleaning staff took out of the collar to cover their damage and it was not immediately that the client could notice. The coat has become two sizes smaller. They did not follow the dry cleaning technology. Although there were care labels on the products. (((( When you start unwrapping houses, only then do you understand the scale of the damage. Even the bed linen was returned with damage. And they also didn't put some of the laundry in the general package. And they handed over the rest the next day, when they found a shortage of bed linen. It turns out that the laundry is not washed in a separate machine, as we paid for it, but mixed with other people's laundry ((((( And the most unpleasant thing is that they didn't even apologize to us. Not to mention compensation for damaged very expensive items. On the contrary, they said: "You should have looked right away." Although they were the ones who hid all the defects, it was difficult to notice them right away. Things were kept packed after cleaning, and unfortunately we only noticed now. This does not look like a mistake, but a systematic lack of honesty and respect for customers. Such as non-compliance with the rules of dry cleaning of clothes and linen and lack of professionalism of employees. I strongly do not recommend it.
