Very disappointing experience. I came to the Apple Store for an appointment regarding my brand-new, never-used Apple Watch Ultra. The watch was purchased in Dubai and has a technical issue. The store refused to inspect or service it simply because it was purchased outside Türkiye. I also found it difficult to communicate, as about half of the staff did not speak English. I expected much better assistance from Apple.

An excellent store bought an iPad in the summer of 2022, took 4 pcs, the seller made an additional discount
