The appearance is a decoy wrapper. It's not worth the money. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is shabby, somewhere is broken. A battered vacuum cleaner. Some kind of idiotic fines, room checks. Requests to fix something more complicated than a light bulb are ignored. The Russian-speaking staff gives their charm, a redneck electrician still walks here. In general, you can find a much better option for this money.
