The sea is literally across the street! The apartment is very clean, bright and cozy. There is absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay: a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle), comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail to make the guests as comfortable as possible. I would also like to mention the hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts, who were always in touch and ready to help with any issue.

We stayed in the apartments at the end of June 2025. We liked everything very much: inside, as in the photo, everything is new and clean. There are no problems with water. The hosts are friendly and pleasant people, always in touch! A separate delight is the veranda! Very convenient for gatherings and for morning exercises! Everything is green all around! The location is also 5 points (the best beaches are a 3-minute walk away, there is an underground passage across the street), near a canteen, a cafe and a shop! The city is 10 minutes away by bus. We will definitely come back-not once! Thanks to the hosts!

The apartment is in a wonderful location, beautiful trees, birdsong can be heard in the morning, mocha beach is nearby, across the street. There are shops and cafes nearby. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, 1st floor. Everything you need is available, there is a small kitchen, you can cook something, air conditioning, washing machine and iron are all available. In the heat, the apartment will be very comfortable, there is a lot of greenery around. It's also nice to sit on the terrace and have a cup of coffee in the morning. There is an abandoned park nearby, very old and beautiful trees grow there, in the shade of these trees, in the heat it is especially good to walk and breathe the air there.
